Tour Dates and Prices
International airfare is not included. Flights based on economy pricing can be quoted. Prices are per person based on double occupancy.
Tour Price Includes:
Lodging: Rated hotels and lodges with 3 to 4 star ratings.
Meals are included as listed on the itinerary.
Transportation will be by private motorcoach throughout the trip.
Does not include round trip air transportation.
Interest in a tour maybe expressed by submitting a completed form online. This may be used to hold a tentative position on a tour. Tours will generally be small groups of 12 to 16 clients.
All complete booking must be sent by the announced due date. A deposit of 25% (or stated amount) of the price of the tour will be due 60 days prior to the travel date. The term and conditions must be accepted by the due date. Once these two conditions have been satisfied, the booking is deed confirmed. All tour prices and services will be published once prior to departures. Incidental changes in to addition published prices are possible. Forms of payment that are accept: Check, money order, credit cards, and cash apps.
Travel Insurance
The client is responsible for travel Insurance. Comprehensive travel insurance is required.
Passport, Visas and Other travel documents.
The Client is responsible for obtaining all relevant travel documents required and ensure that they are up to date. Health certificates maybe required for some tours.
Any pre-existing medical condition must be declared at the time of booking.
IngQondo shall not be held liable for unforeseen circumstances including weather, road conditions, war, mechanical breakdowns, riots, and other reasons beyond the control of IngQondo may cause delays or alterations to the tour.
Inherent risks in traveling to areas of the third world where wildlife is prevalent. Your participation constitutes acceptance at your own risk.
Ingqondo may act as a booking agent for disclosed principal hotel/lodge/camp accommodations, airlines, air charters, bus companies ground transportation, and other independent contractors providing transport and conveyance.
